Hi all, my first post here and looking for some possible advice please.
I am bidding on a 100MHz Hameg HM1008-2 Combi-scope at the moment as my first scope. I learnt the basics on an Analogue Hameg back in the 90's in college and it's only now I'm investing in a scope.
My problem is, I'm not sure what would be a sensible highest bid for such a scope given that it is in a very clean, hardly used condition. I may have an offer of a used Siglent SDS1202X-E in a few weeks for around £200 - £250, so not sure if i would be better holding off for that. Just wondering what others thoughts would be on this, with vastly more experience than myself.
Much appreciated.
Thanks.
