HANMATEK DOS1102 firmware
« on: April 06, 2023, 12:33:26 pm »
Thanks in advance to anyone who will answer me! I bought this HANMATEK DOS1102 DSO on Amazon in 2020, but I didn't use it much. I only recently realized (I hadn't really noticed, mea culpa!) that the measures are indicated incorrectly, A (Ampere?) instead of V (Volts) and furthermore channel 2 reads everything 10 times higher, apart from the frequency: does anyone know how to fix it? I have not found anywhere a firmware update, or the possibility of solving the problem (perhaps with the USB port), technical assistance does not even seem to exist...
Thanks

Ten times higher could be a setup problem, e.g. using a 10x probe with a 100x scope setting.
Amps could also be a setup problem.

A thousand thanks! I checked the probes and they are ok, but I don't know if there is any configuration that I haven't done. Can the incorrect A>V indication be corrected by computer software?
