I have such. if you buy it for $100 like me, then it’s a good deal in my opinion...  It's good as an oscilloscope (if you need wide screen & 2 channel). At least it is quite suitable for repairing power supplies. Externally it looks high quality inside and outside, the wires are good. But the multimeter is not very good: it is slow, it does not measure capacitance above 2mF, and the readings twitch when measuring resistance. The oscilloscope menu is stupid and ill-conceived. The oscilloscope has a couple of software errors related to the measurement of rms values. I will say this: I had a Fnirsi 1C15 and I coped with it perfectly well. I miss them.
P.S. I work old soviet analog oscilloscope such like C1-94, C1-112, C1-64 all my life, after that Hanmatek / Fnirsi - dam good!
