Title: Hantek 2 CH DSO1102B - Dead - Battery and Power In Good - Will Not Turn On

Greetings,

I have a Hantek 2 CH DSO1102B handheld DSO that will no longer turn on.  It is 14 months old, two months out of warranty.  Tried Hantek support but they do not reply to emails. 

It would be a shame to lose this piece of equipment.

I am looking for any help or even a repair facility that would take this on.

I bought my DSO8000E from "techrecommends" on eBay and Frank who is in Canada was very responsive and is a North American contact and service coordinator I believe for Hantek. BTW, I also had no luck at all contacting Hantek about the current clamp I got via Amazon, they're simply unresponsive. Frank MAY be able to assist if you contact him.

Thanks!  It was a big help. I was able to get a repair OK from Hantex
