Hantek 6022BE Windows 7 drivers...again!

My scope was working well , on my laptop , and on my 2 different desktop systems but now it works only on one of my desktop systems , and when i try to install the driver , it appear as unknown device in the devices manager, and it does not find any acceptable drivers in my downloaded drivers folder.What is that?
