Hantek DDS3X25 Drivers

Hello all,

a couple of years ago I bought several DDS3X25 which worked great on Windows 7, however, on Windows 10 the hardware is not detected anymore.

Does anyone know if there is a recent driver for current Windows releases available ? At the Hantek website I did not find any yet.

Does the drivers have a valid signature ?   since windows 8.1  some drivers need to be signed .... if not you could try "compatibility mode" when installing them if they are done with an executable installer 

Normally windows 10 is very good to handle some old stuff  BUT  lolll

Im running very old xp thru win7  software in windows 10  and it work very well

Does hardware manager show an exclamation mark ?   can you try to install them manually ?

Yes and yes: There is an exclamation mark and I did install the drivers manually.

The signature is not the problem - it does the installation but when I try to launch the software it simply does not find the device.

If you have further ideas how to resolve please let me know.

Point on the executable and open a "properties" window and use "compatibility mode"  ?  it  should work ?

you can choose between some os'es

I also have this old arbitrary waveform generator.
Unfortunately the drivers have not been updated since 2013.
Most likely it doesn't work anymore because your current Windows 10 is x64 while Windows 7 version was x86, in fact there are no x64 drivers for this device.
I use it with an old notebook with Windows XP...

Hej all, thanks a lot for the responses. In fact it does not launch even in compatibility mode. I will likely run it on an older machine or possibly get a new device.

Thanks to ElektroQuark the issue is resolved - thanks so much ! Now I am using the latest driver but I also had to disable the driver signature recognition process. Now it 's working fine !
