Newbie question re vendors: is it ok to ask questions per below:

Looking for best vendor in Canada.
I have been corresponding with rcc and their response is spotty. Days of no reply. Then a bunch. Nice to get a discount.
Tequipment was good with a past order - good border treatment. But will not reply re stock=1 unit, and do they really have it; I have seen a lot of discontent re this issue in this forum.

When dropping $1.8K+ it matters.

If poor response *before* sale, then what to expect for problems after.

Note: Electro-meters in To for Rigol were excellent, before and after. Maybe shift to Rigol for SA?

First pay attention to the model you type as SSA3021X Plus is the model you really want as it's much better featured than the older SSA3021X.

I did mean that model. I have researched both - of course the plus is better. It's about the $/needs ratio for me.

Not really kicking the tires; I have the ssa3021x in the cart, coupon applied, was going to push the button yesterday; in pause mode.

(in pause mode partially because I had a nice reply from Gandalf_Sr on a common project; inspired me to get a microscope, so now have to work in a sa plus a microscope)

Do you know about Saelig, they offer the same discount for members here as TE does but you need ask for the code in the Saelig discount thread.

The border and delivery fees may not make sourcing from US a better option.
