| Hantek DSO5072P stuck on the logo screen (kernel panic, log attached) |
| (1/1) |
| Ken Senda:
On powering up, my DSO5072P gets stuck on the logo screen, and only very occasionally it completes the boot sequence. I tried connecting to the UART, which seems to work only those rare occasions where DSO actually starts up. Anyway, I tried removing /param/sav/run1kb* as per instruction provided in other threads, but without any apparent effect. I then tried rebooting from the serial console, and that gave me the attached log. As a side note, I had been having what now seems like a minor version of the same problem (it occasionally got stuck) for some months before I upgraded the firmware to the latest version. After the upgrade, it got worse (now it gets stuck more often than not). Now I'm completely at a loss, and I'd be really thankful if anybody kindly gave me any sort of direction. Thank you very much in advance. |

Had a similar issue with mine, turned out the 3V battery in the back was going flat and it was having to recover itself some times Replaced the battery which was at 2.6V with a new one and not a hiccup since |
