Hi,
I have a DSO5102B, with pretty old firmware… 2.06.2 (101108.0), and am trying to upgrade.
I have d/l the latest version, 20190830 from the Hantek support site, and put the .up file on a USB, however all attempts to update give the same failure… Error 0xfe … no upgrade files detected.
I have tried many different USB devices… some small, some large – nothing works.
Could it be that my existing firmware needs an intermediate upgrade to something more recent than 2010.. before it will accept upgrade to 2019 version?
I am not trying to upgrade to 200MHz... just update the firmware to current release. 100Mhz is fine for my use.
PS I tried replying to a similar post from years ago, but got no response... so, trying a new post
Also tried emailing Hantek support... got no reply
