could be a glitch in the software,  a matter of division values  etc ... report to them ...  unless the Meg Ohms  would be Milli Ohms ...

posting here could not be useful as reporting them any error you see,  just saying ..

and they may fix it ?

Looks like a software bug.

Both values have significant digits starting with "63", and the screens both say "Auto 100Ω" indicating it is in the 100 ohm range, and yet the PC shows a value in mega ohms.

Edit: It also looks like the remote display says "100 PLC" vs the DMM which is set to "10 PLC", and the trigger mode show above the reading is also different.

Ask zhangqiang@hantek.com , so you have a chance of getting an answer.
Whether it will be fixed is a different question.

The PC software is buggy and hasn't been updated, unfortunately.

I added support for these Hantek multimeters for the  TestController software that was developed by another forum member and is discussed here: https://www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/program-that-can-log-from-many-multimeters/msg5685345/#msg5685345

The TestController only supports LAN and RS-232, not USB. You will have to use the serial port of the DMM or, if you dare, add the missing parts to have the LAN working: https://www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/finally!-hantek-hdm3065-6-5-digit-dmm/msg5530465/#msg5530465

If you know how to program, you could try make your own software using Hantek's SDK
