Hantek MSO5202D "self calibration failed, error x10b00"

Hantek MSO5202D calibration while "Self calibration failed, error 10b00" error and I can not use the second channel.Firmware file can not find.Please help. sw version 3.2.35(161017.0)

sure, new Hardware can be always broken, so send it back to seller

 i changed d02_1 diod and everthing is ok. Ch_2 is working and self calibration ok.
