Hantek PPS-2320A Tear-down & Problem

Hi All!

I recently purchased a Hantek PPS 2320A 3 channel lab PSU. Unfortunately the supply landed with some issues. I did a tear-down and repaired some obvious issues but the main issue still stands: Channel 2 will not output more than ~65mA, it seems to be 'stuck' in constant current mode (although when it should be in constant voltage mode then both the CC and CV indicators are lit).

Does anyone have any ideas of where to look next on fixing this problem or know where I could find a schematic for this supply?
