Hantek TO 1252D problem with "system info"
« on: February 22, 2024, 05:19:03 am »
I purchased a new Hantek TO1252D oscilloscope. When I turned it on for the first time, it didn’t turn on from the batteries, so I put it on charge for an hour. Then I turned it on from the network, when I pulled out the cable it turned off again. I checked the batteries inside, they showed 2.65V and could not charge. I replaced the batteries and everything worked, but in the “system info” information about the model, serial number and version of the safety control panel was lost. Before this it was there since I checked the model number. I tried to flash the version from the office. website, only the firmware version was reduced, the information did not appear. The device is new, I just had time to calibrate the probe. Please help, I think it can be solved with firmware.
