Hantek TO1000 info / reviews available yet ?
« on: November 17, 2022, 10:33:35 am »
Hi,
I'm new to this forum, discovered it a couple of days ago looking for oscilloscope reviews, and this forum appears to have a whealth of information about cheap entrylevel scopes i was looking at like Owon HDS272 / SDS1024 and alike from hantek/rigol/sigilent.

This morning i found by coincidence a link to Hanktek TO1000 series (TO1112D - 2 ch, TO1254D - 4ch) but can't find a lot of information or reviews yet (only 2 short YT video's), but it seems available on aliexpress for 250$. It seems a very new product. If it's a decent device sounds like a no brainer compared to owon HDS272 or Hantek 2D72, larger screen and i'd guess easier to operate for a few bucks more. The 4ch version seems a little less affordable though, but i guess i could settle for a decent 2ch.

Anyone knows anything about it, or has a link to a review ?

Interesting Product, I also stumbled over this today.
There are some information on their Homepage:

http://hantek.com/products/detail/18191

Hopefully there will be any reviews of this devices ASAP.

Looks like they turned the DSO2D15 into a tablet.

The 8M memory specification points to the usage of the same Gowin FPGA. Wonder if it has the same kind of software / hardware problems.

It is wait and see if someone is willing to buy it and do a thread about it here.

I`ve found a user who has made some videos with this oscilloscope:

Hopefully any additional reviews regarding the capabilities of the device itself will follow soon!

I've got the TO1112C and wonder if it can be hacked to the D? They have released a firmware update for it. I can't seem to get SCPI to work yet.

So which one is better? This one or Fnirsi 1013D ?
Fnirsi has a big dedicated thread here, but this one not...
currently, they have almost the same price in China, while Fnirsi being a bit cheaper
so which one is better not the spec-wise, but in terms of quality, stability, known issues, etc?

I purchased a Hantek TO 1252D. It didn't turn on right away, the batteries were dead. I replaced the batteries, everything worked, but the information in the “system info” menu, the serial number, model and PCB version disappeared. The firmware from the official website did not help, it only reduced the revision. How to get everything back?????
