Has anyone run eTracer valve tester software on the macOS?

Like the look of the tester, but as a Mac-only environment, has anyone made this work?

I use an FUtracer, that uses the utMax software that has options for Windows and Linux. It's open source software built in Qt, so it could be ported to Mac if that's something you need. I think somebody might be working on that, but I don't know.
