I recentlly bought a HP4396B which is marked as "stuck at power on" .Repairing it is a simple work--just a short circult tantalum cap on A3 board. But soon I realized it dosen't have the impedance analyse function. HP named it as Network/Spectrum/Impedance analyzer, however the impedance analyse function is a option(Opt010)

. After search I believe Opt010 is a software option,so I tried to hack it. I download firmware from my 4396 but can't find any useful clue about the problem in it. I am looking for more 4396 firmware with 010 option for comparison. Thanks

PS:To download your firmware, you need floppy disk*2 and an old PC with floppy drive(or a usb floppy drive).Push [Preset] button. With keeping the key pushed down, turn the analyzer power on. You'll be in the bootloader menu and can update/backup firmware by using the softkeys.
My firmware is attached in case of need.(Bootloader V1.00,Firmware V1.12.OPT 1D6)
