CAT rating input DMM mode of Hantek DSO8000E?

I have just baught Hantek DSO8202E for personal hobby use in house. Mainly for electronic stuff and RC. I like that it have more equipments build into it.

Specification is CAT I, II, III in input of scope. But not mention in DMM mode which is difference input only say Maximum Input Voltage AC: 600V DC: 800V, Large fuse confirms to European Safety Standard.

Question1 is It also rating CAT III for input of DMM also? And is that quite reliable? I know the price is can not compare to Fluke scope meter. So I may not expect protection be the same. Just want to know how much I can expect from my tool for safety.

2 Plan to have dedicate multimeter Fluke 179, does the DMM of Hantek scope meter can comparable to Fluke 179?
