Some Mastech meters use DT in their model.

Also a lot of the really cheap $1 meters are DT-830b

The OEM is CEM in China.

 Well,
Just Before I Posted I Checked thier Website .I Could Not Find DT-9911B There For Sure .Either Its a Obsolete EOL Model Delisted From There Or The OEM Is Different .

Or it could be a true OEM. Uni-T makes some variants for companies which have no equivalent in the Uni-T lineup. It's possible the DT-9911B is an internal CEM part number for this device

Can you post a few photos of the PCB?

Oh, almost forgot: Digitek models also start with "DT" usually, though in this case it's more likely to be a CEM indeed.

DT is just their abbreviation of "digital tester".

The 901 II appears to be the same as the Velleman DVM9912, also made by CEM.

That's quite surely not a UNI-T (not all red DMMs are made by UNI-T), the PCB clearly says DT-9912A-3 which matches the CEM DT-9912. It's sold under a ton of different names by different rebranders, but various photos also exist where it's clearly labelled as "CEM DT-9912" on the housing, e.g.

CEM have a particular style that's used on all of their meters - that rotary switch and the font etc. They are the OEM for heaps of different brands (including some Extech models). Quality is pretty decent most of the time. Not fluke quality but not cheap garbage either.

Well,
I Recon That Boss .Sorry i Have Not Uploaded Images But i Would Be Doing Those Today. If We Classify Multimeters Into Three Categories " Junk , Mid Quality And High Quality " .I Would Say It Mid Quality  .
