Title: Help to identify 10V reference chip in AOIP MN5121 DMM (1983 vintage)

Hi,
I could not find any data about the MP5532, 10V reference of this DMM, see attached picture.
According to the schematic, pinout is :
2 - +15V power supply
4 - GND
5 - TRIM
6 - +10V output

Hi sorenkir,

Manufacturer of MP5532 was ( in 1983) MICRO POWER SYSTEMS INC.

Never heard of this chip maker before. Seems to have disappeared.
Did not find any info or datasheet about MP5532   :(
