Title: Help with PCB ELECTRICAL TEST

Hi Everyone,

what brand of Test Equipment is good for testing the PCB at High Voltage (Test the Insulation between points)
i'm not sure what type of test equipment i need for this. is it HIPOT Testing?

Basic question - what voltage? 100V? 1000V? 10kV

Voltage Range from 0-3KV (Max 5KV)

the most generic item you could find for that, would be a variable output "megger" aka insulation resistance tester,
