Does anyone know where to get Banana Plug Adapters (Female) for Threaded Binder Posts, such as those pictured in this image? And/or what they are referred to as? .... sorry ‘bout the double post. Mahalo.

They are called 4mm spade adapters and are common for use on 4mm test leads. I will see if I can find them for sale for you.
I have several sets myself.

Thanks. I'll keep the Spade Lug Adapter in mind. But, what I was really looking for was something that threaded directly on to the instrument’s posts, and is equipped with female banana sockets. Thanks again. You guys rock! … and such fast responses.

A quick thought.... have you tried unscrewing the caps on those binding posts ? Sometimes the post is actually a 4mm tube for connection of 4mm plugs.

The posts are merely 5.75 mm (diameter) studs with 10 point (metric) threads.

Regarding 4mm adapters that screw directly onto the posts.....nope, never seen anything like that BUT when I need an adapter that is not made, I make my own from available parts.
In this case the hard part will be finding prethreaded tubes to screw over the posts. You may find a suitable diameter brass tube in a model shop that will take a tap to add the thread inside. Brass is easily soldered so you can then solder a 4mm socket into the brass tube.
Alternatively:
It is an easy task to create such an adapter in brass if you have access to a lathe and some brass bar. Do you know anyone with a lathe who could spin up such an adapter for you ? Cover each adapter with a layer of appropriately coloured heat-shrink tube and they will look very professional.
Edit: Look around for brass M6 threaded sleeves and knurl nuts like these:

They have the required internal thread and are 12mm long.
Then solder either a 4mm socket to it or find some 4mm internal diameter brass tube (model shop) and use that as the socket.

These look like a possible solution....very neat :-+
They look like they can handle some decent current as well.

If the large diameter knobs prevent the adapters use....find some M6 nuts + flat washer and use them instead of the knobs.

Yes Aurora, these look like the best, simplest solution at this point. Thanks for all your suggestions everyone. Your detailed help is greatly appreciated. I'm certainly surprised there wasn't a readily available, common adapter for this. Mahalo nui loa !
