HIOKI 3169-21/ Clamp on power hitester

Greeting
A friend of mine sent me a power HiTester HIOKI 3169-21 to repair.
When the device is turned on, only its back light is displayed and no information appears on the screen.
I searched many times and did not find the repair file of this device on the Internet
Does anyone have experience repairing this device?

mine is the same. I have replaced the battery，pressing “set up”or "file"button when power on，but nothing changed.Anyone can help? Thanks!

I also checked bp5311A ，I found the output voltage is 31.15，and when I adjust the contrast，the output voltage didn't change. Could this be a problem?
Vin and Vctl is always 5V.
