How is the Spec of m3500 from meco?Should I get it?

I could get this meter for about 20$-https://www.ofbusiness.com/product/kusam-meco-m3500b-digital-multimeter/6124465491831430988
it looked a bit suspecious to me
http://www.avinavmarketing.com/pdf/multimeter-%20M3500A.pdf

(note the link to store page is showing model B while the pdf shows model A,I could not find the pdf to model B  thus raising my suspicion even further)

Should I Buy it or not

(note: I need robustness and accuracy over portability {I already have 2 handhelds with poor battery backup [meco 801-l,an fluke with display so dim,its in storage})

Never-mind....someone bought it |O
lesson learnt...never post a link to cheap product with limited quantity to a forum.
its like announcing it out loud
