I own an old Fluke scopemeter, it's great but i decided to buy another handheld oscilloscope, with more functions and isolated inputs...
I am familiar with the Siglent SHS1xxx series, but now i see that it is in the "discontinued" phase and my local supplier has taken it of it's website. They now list two new isolated input scopemeters SHS1102
X and SHS1202
X, with the price and delivery time "on request".
After checking the Siglent.eu website they don't list them anywhere, and after some googling i could only find datasheet in the Chinese language... It doesn't seem to be available to western market yet...
I know that here on the forum we have people who are specialized in Siglent (Tautech

) and i would like to ask, what to do now? Buy the old SHS from old stocks with firmware that works, or wait until the new series becomes available to the EU? I will still be a bit concerned about buying the new series, as i am sure that i can expect some beta problems with the firmware...
How long can we expect to wait for the stable, new version in the west?
What will happen with the pricing?
