How to enable Option AM in a Tektronix TLA7AC4?
« on: April 25, 2023, 09:45:25 am »
Hi to All,

I used; SYST:CONF:OPT AM. Comparable with what to be used for a TLA7PG2 (in that case;  SYST:CONF:OPT OPT1M). With this I got Extension: AMux BASIC and Analog Outputs Disabled. Option AM (AMux FULL) is still a possible Upgrade in TLA Powerflex Utility. Used also:

SYST:CONF:OPT AMFULL
SYST:CONF:OPT OPTAM
SYST:CONF:OPT OPTAMFULL

as scripts. AMux FULL is still a possible Upgrade. Anybody?

Load the Powerflex utility exe file in a hex editor and look/search for the option strings. You'll find the correct option name for sure.
There are small lies, big lies and then there is what is on the screen of your oscilloscope.
