Change the method and first install the firmware update and later the OS update. |

What is the latest version of os? now "UBOOT - OS = 8.3" After the firmware update I still can't install the new os from the link you provided. Today I will try to buy a new U-disk and try new install again. |

I'm not sure, but review the revision history in the OS zip file: --- Quote ---2022/5/27 The hardware was updated to version of 09(System Stats shows Hardware Version: 09-xx). The OS was also updated to version of 3 to support this new hardware. If SDS1xx4X-E hardware has version below 09, you don’t need to update SDS1xx4X-E OS. --- End quote --- Your hardware version said 01-05 in your image. Thanks, Josh |

You should now also have the Logging feature. If all ^^ are present and the scope is warned up sufficiently (20-30mins), run the Self Cal. Continue with normal use and report if problems are solved. |
