I have a fluke 27/fm multimeter.Its diode file output voltage is around 2.60V.
Under normal circumstances, when measuring the NMOS tube, the MOS tube cannot be driven to turn on, so it is impossible to quickly determine whether it is damaged.
Can the output voltage be adjusted to 5.1V to be the same as the FLUKE 187 diode voltage?

Tested my Fluke 189 and got about 5.1 open circuit as well. My mistake I think I misread the range as the open circuit value in the manual. It's mentioned in several places.
