TEK 2465B NVRAM selection?
« on: December 22, 2021, 04:33:12 pm »
Bonjour, still working on 2465B with many defects, and all options. CTT, GPIB, WR.

A5 has had SMD lytics replaced, no corrosion damages, socketed the NVRAM.

Looking on the distr, the original DC1225Y-200 is replaced by several other versions, by Maxim, suffix AD, AB and various speeds.

Speeds are not important but what's  diffĂ©rence original  Y and AB and AD suffix?

Many thanks

Jon

The suffix defines the supply voltage where the battery backed up SRAM disables external operations.  It is specified in the datasheet.
