HP 4141 manuals
chilternview:
Picked up a HP 4141 today that was going cheap on eBay. For those that have never heard of it, it has 4 SMUs to force/measure current and voltage, plus 2 voltage sources and 2 voltage measurement units. It's in pristine condition and powers on and passes self test, but I have no manuals for it (it needs to be controlled via the IEEE488 bus). Does anyone know where I can find them? In particular the programming manual.
Thanks.
Wallace Gasiewicz:
I did not look specifically for your manual but this person has lots of good copies of HP and other manuals

Possibly this can help:

Thanks, that is just what I'm looking for!
Swainster:
Just to add a +1 for Artek - I've been very satisfied with the 2 or 3 manuals that I've purchased and downloaded from them. They were all professional quality reproductions from originals scanned by themselves.
Wallace Gasiewicz:
I have also ordered a few manuals from Artek. They are much better than any free manuals I have downloaded from the web.
The schematics, when they are available. are especially more clear from Artek
