HP 4192A strange behaviour

Hi,

I'm facing with a HP 4192A which has a strange issue: it displays constantly UCL in the 5kHz - 25kHz frequency range when I try to measure small values, and also cannot performs short circuit compensation in this range.
It passes the self tests.

Any suggestion?
