Title: HP 4338A milliohmmeter with leaking capacitors (preventative maintenance)

A heads-up. If you own a HP 4338A milliohmmeter, some preventative maintenance may be in order.
On this one with serial prefix 3427JXXXXX (Japan) all of the Nichicon 22uF 50V capacitors are leaking.
Many traces have turned black indicating corrosion.

the 22000uF can go off also. This is actually a good unit to bother with
