Bench power supply suggestions around 400-500€

Hello fellow EEVbloggers,
I am looking in investing in a new bench power supply. I currently own a tripple output 2x35V/4A & 1x5V  TTI supply that has served me well
for a few years, but I would like to upgrade and use the TTI as my secondary supply. My max budget is around 400-500€. I was looking at the
Rigol DP832, I admit Dave's first impression video made me like it quite a lot.
Searched around ebay UK and FR for used agilents and TTIs but from a first look I didn't find much around my budget.
Do you guys have any suggestions? Could the DP832 software options be hackable like the Rigol scopes?
