Yihua 853A Missing Parts

Hello everyone, I wish you could help me, I have a Yihua 853A pre-heating station (there are other brands for the same machine). In a recent move I lost the set of adjustment knobs (see attached photo). If someone who owns this or a similar station, could give me the measurements of the screws and / or tell me where I can buy them (USA).
