HP 54656A/D oscilloscope/MSO CHM file "Programmer's Reference" wanted

Much to my dismay, the detailed documentation on the SCPI comands accepted by the HP 54645D oscilloscope/MSO was _ONLY_ provided as a Windows CHM file, which was supplied on a floppy disk accompanying the "Programmer's Guide". While copies of the "Programmer's Guide" in PDF form are readily available on the internet, the CHM file doesn't seem to be there. Does anyone have a copy they'd be willing to share?

I don't need the PDF files of the "User and Service Guide" or the "Programmer's Guide". I already have those.

I also am less interested in the CHM converted into another format. That would be better than nothing, but I'd really like to get the original file.
