Tektronix 5111 (non A) manual

I am seeking for the Tektronix 5111 (non A) manual (i.e. the 5103N with D11 CRT).

I bought it by Artek Manuals but they seem to be disappeared (with my money). I knew them as a reputable firm, maybe they have some temporary problem.

His wife is taking over the business, but obviously this sad event caused some disruption. They are getting back on track now.
