Title: HP 853A Mainframe and non-spectrum analyzer plugins.

Greetings all,

I just wanted to know if anyone has ever tried to use the HP 180 series scope plugins with the HP 853A mainframe. I know that the the HP 8559A, 8558B and the 8557A can all be used with these older scope mainframes, but is the reverse true? I'm guessing no.

Apparently the 853A lacks some of the power supply rails required for the 180 series scope plug-ins.
