failed to install operation system for TDS5034B

I followed this link,https://xdevs.com/fix/tds5000b/.
first, I install the os with the gho file, and then restart the instrument, it become bluescreen and shows errors as 0x00000007b.
Then I removed the HDD to another win2000 system as second drive. open the registry ,select HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE,load HIVE from WINNT\System\config, I found there are three file named system,one is system(file),one is system.sav,and system.alt, if i choose system(file), enter the name"aaaa",then it will show an error "Registry Editor could not accomplish the requested operation".  Have anyone met a similar question, can you help me ,please.
