Oscilloscope - Beckman 9202 20MHz - Should I buy it?

I found a Beckman 9202 20MHz oscilloscope for $30. Is it any good? I couldn't find much about it or any manual... Does anyone have the same oscilloscope and/or the manual for it?

From a quick Google search there is mention that it's a rebranded Hang Chung:

From what I can tell from the seller's pictures, he's taken well care of it. I'll buy it before someone else does it.
