HP 8904A Firmware EPROM image 08904-87010

I'm looking for an HP 8904A firmware image from A2U12 with label 08904-87010.  I currently have firmware 08904-87007 (the EPROM is AM27256), and have issues with HP-IB stalling after a number of commands are sent.  As per HP's service manual page 7-2, this is a known issue that is resolved by upgrading to 08904-87010.  An image of the newest firmware (08904-87011) is available online, however this is incompatible with hardware having a serial number prefix below 2948A.

There is also an EPROM in A2U13 labeled 08904-87008, but this part does not need upgrading (per page 7-9).  I can post binary dumps of both if anyone is interested.

Hi there,

I have the HP 8904A at hand, unfortunately the power supply is no longer there with mine. I read out the EEPROMS and added them to the ZIP as *.BIN and *.HEX. The HP number and reference is 08904-87007 REV27887A.
Good luck, and if anyone still has a power supply, they can offer it to me.
