Hello,
can anybody tell where may I find a list/catalog of such devices? Say 66xxA series and may be others... and maybe not only power supplies but other devices too.
Now I try to find something by guessing digits

You can download a few catalogs by year and search through them.
http://hparchive.com/hp_catalogs
I found a mention of the 66xx series in the 1988 catalog.
See pages 7 (what's new), 37 (index by model) and 436 (detail).

Look for
old HP/Agilent catalogs
. I believe digital (GPIB) controllable power supplies were sold from the late eighties on, so I'd check a few issues in that time frame to see what new models appeared and disappeared. There's also the
2002 Agilent power products catalog
.

IIRC in later years (1990s?) HP had a separate catalog for some (all?) of their power supplies.

Stray Electron, you're right, see for example
this eBay listing
. But the only online copies I'm aware of is the Agilent 2002 (and 2008) copies I already linked to. I think most of the information is also in the main catalogs, except some product selection tables and application information.
