Title: HP3478A Hi-Res Schematic

Do you have a high resolution schematic of the HP3478A, particularly around U512? In the service manual that I have I cannot see clearly pins 16, 18, 19.

Is not very clear which is pin 18 and which is 19.

This helps, thanks. OD is pin 18 and CE1 is pin 19.
