Title: HP6140A - digital current source - searching for complete manual

Hi,

I´m searching for a complete service manual of the HP6140A digital current source.
The downloadable file on the keysight website isn´t complete.
Schematics etc for a couple of boards are missing, such as the A/D converter board etc.
Does anyone happen to have a complete manual or a scan of it?

The one I downloaded from Keysight appears to have all the schematics.  The d/a converter board is on schematic sheet 1.  I would attach but it is 5.75 Mb, so too big to attach.  Check the size of your download and if different,  PM me your email if you want me to send the file to you.

Hi,

ahh, I see. They put several schematics into a single big schematic and mixed block schematics and detailed schematics into one.
Unfortunately the scan quality is poor and a lot of symbols and texts are almost unreadable.
It´d great if anyone could provide for higher quality scans of Figures 7-2 (sheet 1-5).
