Title: IGBT Tester

Hi all, i'm looking to find a good IGBT tester that will test IGBTs (generally power modules from VFD Drives) that will do high current and high voltage testing. I need to ensure that the IGBTs I buy from china will work when in the drive under load... I know I can make a low current high voltage test and then do high current low voltage which would satisfy (to a point) but I wondered if there are any commercial units out there that anyone's used?

any thoughts?

My best advice is not to buy semiconductors from China.
Buy from reputable dealers and save the hassle of having to test each batch.

I got some irfp240/9240's from China.
First pcb lasted 10 minutes before they failed.
So bought some from RS Components and they are still working months on.
