Seller reviews look good. Maybe they dont know what they have? Looks like a crazy deal to me. Id jump on it, not like you cant get your money back through paypal. At least thats how it is in the US. No idea how well paypal works outside.

No it isn't possible. The pictured scope sold in in January for $15,000 in the states.

Someone has their ebay account compromised. The scammer lists copies of previous listings of high value items at bargain prices. Anyone dumb enough to bite will be asked to make payment by bank transfer or western union or  something and won't see the item or their money again.

The "FOR PAYMENT WE TAKE BANK TRANSFER" added to the bottom of the item description should give you a clue.

It's listed under "toys and games", and all the previous sales by that user are for in-car audio accessories. No question, it's a compromised account.
