Agilent DSO3062A

Hi guys

I've got an Agilent DSO3062A 'scope thats branded as being 60mhz - they did these in various frequencys (3102 was 100mhz, 3152 - 150mhz, 3202 was 200mhz).

Purely out of interest... is it just a software lock to the frequency... i.e. is the hardware the same under the hood? And of course, if so, does anyone know how to "upgrade" it

I believe these might be rebadged Rigols?
