Title: is good quality TPI 196 ?

I evaluated a TPI 194II.  It was fairly expensive compared with most meters I have looked it.   It was damaged during the AC line test and I was unable to obtain a replacement part from TPI to repair it.  The full reviews may be found here.

I think I'm going to buy the 869s, I already have the 257s and it works really well
