is x100 oscilloscope probe suitable for measure 5v digital circuit?
Are there any drawback doing that?

Do high voltage probe got faster respond time?
If I just want to see brief voltage spike, is it going to work?

I'd normally recommend 10X probes for logic level stuff for noise reasons, but sometimes a 100X probe can be very useful to poke at sensitive nodes - they typically have significantly less capacitance than a 10X probe so disturb the circuit you're measuring less.
For general use a 10X probe is cheap enough that it's probably best to get some.

So x100 probe will be more noisy but will have have lower interference?
