iTech IT7321 / BK9801 software control

I have an iTech IT7321 but can't seem to get the BK9801 software to see it (assuming they're the same device).

I've tried both Ethernet and RS232. Do I need to install National Instrument's VISA software? Do I need to locate iTechs version of the software albeit I haven't found it for download anywhere?

The software download is called IT9000-PV7300 and integrates with their other IT9000 apps, like IT9000-PV8500 for the IT8511+ DC load.
I have copies of these dated 2017 downloaded from the itech.sh website.  PM if you want a copy.  You don't need to install VISA for it.

To be honest it isn't very good, only useable for simple tasks.  Depending on your needs, you are probably better off controlling it via SCPI.
Maybe a definition can be created for it with HKJ's Test Controller https://www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/program-that-can-log-from-many-multimeters/

Great, I would appreciate any software you have. I made an account on iTech but only found documentation and the NI driver (no executable)

The BK9801 software seems to see the USB NI driver but does not communicate.
