Hello Kank Le I purchased VAT1030 and want to us it to indicate my 12V car battery voltage during covid lockdowns. I am an electrical engineer but I find the VAT1030 documentation difficult to understand. First of all, it is working fine, and with wireless coms about 4 meters with seldom dropouts. I want to configure the VAT1030 with minimum power consumption so as not to drain car battery too quickly. I have not activated "low Volt Alarm", and set Output relay to "off" so LED is always off and least power drain from VAT1030. Please see attached wiring diagram. Question 1 - Have I connected VAT1030 correctly? Question 2 - How to indicate current drain (mA) of VAT1030 ? Can I modify wiring to enable current consumption of VAT1030? |

Hello Kang Le, We purchased the Juntek DPA-1698 and reported here. https://www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/awg-buffer-amp/msg3368650/#msg3368650 This is a nice AWG amplifier and great value, however it does have a couple issues. The fan is noisy and we can't get to the full +-1a peak spec output (we get ~0.9amps) before the amp goes into limit cycling. Is it possible to get a less noisy fan for replacement?? Also, has Juntek considered replacing the LM1875 with the LM3886 which has the SPIKe SOA protection and mute capability? This could help with the large output exclusion when power is removed, see details mentioned above. We just ordered the DPA-2698 since the 1698 has proven to be a good AWG buffer amplifier in general. Best, |

Hi, I just purchased a PSG9060 Programmable Signal Generator and would like to know if there is any way to leave the modulation screen back to the main screen without turning modulation off. I would like to be able to set up modulation and then vary carrier frequency and level in order to align a radio. If not, I would like to request an update that allows turning modulation on and off independent without having to stay on that screen. Thanks, Alan |
