Well, you didn't state any clear question and just asked how it looked.
I agree it looks like they weren't thinking as the screw could short the traces, and I'm surprised it didn't get improved after the first batch - or at a minimum adding an insulating washer.
I've seen a lot worse, and on significantly more expensive equipment.
I rarely use my PSG9080. If I did need it more often, I would certainly consider replacing it with a Rigol or Siglent. You made a good decision.

On which one and what there was worse?

Hello everyone
Yesterday I damaged one channel of the generator. I fed 55v through a 100uf electrolytic capacitor while repairing an audio amplifier. Anyone have any idea what those integrated circuits circled in red and green are?
Their caps are obliterated and there are no inscriptions.
Hello colleagues
Today is now 12/20/24 and I have found a solution to the problem. The chips just arrived from AliExpress. The one in the green circle fits the AD8009 perfectly. The one in the red circle is the LM7171. The generator now runs perfectly to factory specifications.
